We welcome office and general administration volunteers to help us at the Carsyn Neille Foundation office. You can help by regularly supporting our founder, Kia Davis, being assigned to a project or by being 'on call' to come and help when needed. We're always on the lookout for people who have some or all of the following skills:

  • Database entry
  • MS Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Great phone manner
  • General office tasks: photocopying, sorting, filing, sorting mail, etc.

There’s always something to do! Help us with data and systems management including data entry, filing, and scanning, as well as shredding, drafting gift acknowledgements, event mailings and coordination, grant and foundation research, and much, much more.

We provide clear instructions for projects/assignments and there is always someone nearby to answer questions or help. We don't expect our office volunteers to be experts, just willing to learn and commit to helping our team
