Kia Davis, BBA
Founder, Principal Designer, and an all-around badass, Kia Davis, is our fearless leader. Bringing her well-honed and well-traveled eye to the Carsyn Neille Foundation, Kia Davis is well regarded as a robust and savvy business woman. She brings her down-to-earth sensibility to a historically snobby industry while achieving an elusive blend of sophistication and sustainability for the best families. Within the last decade, she has carved out a prominent and impressive position in the sustainable interior design world, garnering national and local recognition. When she's not working, you can find her at a soccer game or a regatta, reading a good book, and enjoying time with her family!
SECRETARY
Korrin Blake, MD
Operations Director, Korrin Blake, brings over a decade of experience in all things Business Development and Operations to the Carsyn Neille Foundation brand. She's magic! Seriously, she aims for excellence in all things while perfecting our processes and procedures - so that we can continue broadening our impact and serving our families the way we do. You'll most likely find her traveling out of the country with her family, hanging out with her besties at fabulous local eateries, or interviewing for Forbes as America's wealthiest women under 40.
CO-FOUNDER + TREASURER
Jeffrey Davis
Jeff Davis, co-founder, and treasurer of the Carsyn Niellle Foundation is a hard-working jack of all trades. Jeff is one of our most valuable assets, with a background in carpentry, building, and home renovations and over ten years of experience in environmental health and safety. He contributes a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the foundation. The first to start a job and the last to punch out for the day while never leaving a task unfinished. He loves to spend time with his family, and you'll most likely find him under the hood of one of his many cars, brokering a real estate deal, or rough-housing with his kiddos.
JUNIOR COMFORT CREATORS
Camryn, Casey + Grasyn
Known as the Davis girls, Camryn, Casey, and Grasyn are the pillars of their sister, Carsyn's legacy. From organizing and recruiting new Junior Comfort Creators to promoting opportunities for kids and young adults who want more volunteer hours in their schedule. These girls have cultivated a diverse and lively group of young childhood cancer advocates known as Junior Comfort Creators. On any given project, you can find the Davis girls hands-on with a Rooms to Thrive™ install; hanging up clothes, making beds, organizing spaces, playing with and loving on siblings, breaking down boxes, or staging a Rooms to Thrive™. In her free time, you will find Camryn, our geeky book lover (did someone say bibliophile?), cuddling up with a good book or on an ergometer working her butt off in hopes of making it on a collegiate rowing crew, or learning a new language. Casey, our charismatic athlete, on a soccer field dominating the sports in hopes of one day playing for the U.S. Women's National Soccer team; and Grasyn, our rainbow baby, born after Carsyn's passing, building something crafty and playing, imagining and exploring with her little brother and best friend Beckham.
