Teen Board
Welcome to the The Carsyn Neille Foundation Teen Board is a selective, seasonal leadership program designed for teens who want to make a tangible impact in the childhood cancer community through service, fundraising, and structured execution.
This is not a title-based or idea-driven board. Teen Board members are expected to show up, follow through, and execute.

The CNF Teen Board is designed to be a meaningful leadership and service experience. To support this, we operate with clear expectations and accountability standards.
Teen Board members are expected to:
✺ Attend required meetings and service activities
✺ Complete assigned responsibilities on time
✺ Communicate proactively if conflicts arise
We understand teens balance many commitments. Our structure helps them practice responsibility, follow-through, and professional communication, skills that serve them well beyond this program.
If a teen is unable to meet these expectations, CNF leadership may determine that the program is no longer the right fit for that season. This decision is always made thoughtfully and in alignment with the goals of the program.
Our intent is not to be punitive, but to ensure a positive and effective experience for all participants.
